Three sugars, two creamers.

That’s how you took your coffee every morning at Joe’s Grab ’N Go.

But you don’t remember that.

You don’t remember anything.

Anything, that is, except me…

That day…

And the tragedy that catapulted us together.

Sandra's Review

Forget Me Not is the first book in the Unforgettable Duet by one of my favorite writers, Brooke Blaine. I have read every single one of her books including the ones written with Ella Frank. I absolutely love M/M so I was exciting she wrote another one.
It all started with coffee…
Ollie knew the way he took his coffee, he has over the last four months but he didn’t know his name. Not until that day. The day they finally spoke. The day that their lives collided. The day that changed everything.
Well…that’s all I can say about that. Sorry. I will say that’s it’s an emotional, fun, unexpected, and addicting story. I love the characters. The writing. The story. The feels. I can’t wait for the next book. It’s a good thing there isn’t much of a wait. I already want more!
Quotes:
“Go ahead,” I said. “Show me up. I dare you.”
“You’re married; you don’t need to buy things to get laid.”
“Spoken like someone who’s never been married.”
“Is it considered trespassing if it’s abandoned?”
“Probably. You don’t mind breaking a few rules with me, do you?”
*I had to add that last one. It’s an adventure I want to go on so bad.

Forget Me Not is book one in the Unforgettable Duet by the fantastic Brooke Blaine. I’m a huge fan of Brooke and her books. She’s becoming one of my favorite m/m authors! Forget Me Not is Ollie and Reid’s story. They are strangers, but Ollie has been watching Reid for months. Knows how he takes his coffee, the car he drives, his wardrobe. But he’s never met the man. Until one day, they meet over a broken coffee machine. Sparks fly and then he’s gone. He doesn’t expect to see him so soon, but when tragedy strikes, Ollie is there for Reid. Before, during and after. Oh, the after. I loved seeing this couple learn each other. Ollie is strong, confident and a paramedic. Reid is sweet, searching for answers and open to being whoever he’s meant to be. I was quickly invested in these men and I can’t wait to see what’s going to happen next. Good thing we don’t have to wait too long!

“I’d like it if you came.”

I’d like it if you came, too – not that we’re thinking about anything even remotely the same thing.

“It reminds me of you. The way you feel. The way you make me feel.”
