Keyes Dixon’s life is challenging enough as a full patch member of the Disciples of Havoc Motorcycle Club but being a gay biker leaves him traveling down one tough road. With an abusive past and his vow to the club cementing his future, he doesn’t believe in love and steers clear of commitment. But a midnight ride leads to a chance meeting with a sexy pretty-boy in a wicked hot sports car that has him going down quicker than a Harley on ice.
Cocky Assistant District Attorney Alec Pierce lives in the shadow of his politically connected family. A life of privilege doesn’t equal a life of love, a fact made obvious at every family gathering. Driven yet lonely, Alec yields to his family’s demands for his career path, hoping for the acceptance he craves. Until he meets a gorgeous biker who tips the scales in the favor of truth…and he can no longer live a lie.
Can two men from completely different worlds…and sides of the law…find common ground, or will all their desires only wreak Havoc?
Havoc is the first book in the Tattoos and Ties series by the amazing women behind the Kindle Alexander name. I have been waiting for a new book from them and it was so worth the wait! As always. I will try to make this fast so I don’t spoil anything.
Keyes was born into this life. He is a member of the Disciples of Havoc Motorcycle club and runs their tire shop business. He grew up in the club and is loyal to his brothers. He is also loyal to his father even though he wants to punch him in the face most of the time. Being gay and in the rowdy club of bikers and club whores hasn’t been easy but it’s his life. It’s his past and it’s his future. He had nothing else. They were his family. And the only ones in his life. Until one night when he was taking a ride and helped out a stranger on the side of the road.
Alec grew up in privilege. He went to boarding school while his father was in politics. Alec was now working in the DA office in Texas. He was new to this state and only had one friend, Blaine and even they were growing apart. Then he meets a sexy as sin biker in the middle of the night on a sketchy part of road. He wasn’t sure if the man in leather felt the heat between them but he wanted to find out. They were night and day but something was there.
Keyes and Alec are from two different sides of the tracks. The law even. Can they find a way to be together? And if so, can it really be for more than one night? Was it worth the risk? Alec could be fired. Keyes could be banned or even worse.
Damn. This book is full of heat, fun, and the unexpected. I loved every minute of it. The characters are lovable, strong, funny, and so hot. I mean…look at that cover! I am so excited for the next book!
“I’m here to repay your kindness. That’s all.” Shit, that sexy voice smoothed over him like a rich piece of melted chocolate and a warm, welcoming blanket on a cold night.
“I’m being real. You’ve lived here a year and have no friends. You’re in this big house all alone all the damn time. Your best friend’s an automated voice from Amazon.”
“Your heartbeat’s accelerating. Stop whatever you’re thinking unless it’s the anticipation of me inside you. Then carry on.”

Havoc is the newest masterpiece from Kindle Alexander. This writing duo is one of my favorites and I pretty much drop everything I’m doing when a new book of theirs hits my kindle. They never disappoint with their sexy characters, emotional storylines, and fantastic writing. Havoc if Keyes and Alec’s story. Key is a member of the Disciples of Havoc MC club. He was born into it, but it’s never been easy. He’s a gay biker whose family doesn’t think too highly of. He has a few good friends, but his examples of love and relationships are non-existent. When he comes across a sexy man in a hot car on the side of the road, he’s happy for the temporary distraction. But when he instantly wants the man, he knows it’s a very bad idea. He’s too fancy, too gorgeous and obviously rich. He’d never want a dirty biker and if he did, it would be just to have a bad boy for one night. Alec isn’t happy about being stranded on the road in the middle of the night in a bad part of town, but he’s extremely happy to see Key, the hot as hell biker who stopped to help him. He can’t get him out of his mind and he always gets what he wants. After a little chasing, he finds Key on his doorstep. Neither of them are prepared for the shock of lust and longing that happens when they are together. They can’t work. They are from very different worlds and very different sides of the law. It can only be one night. Right? When Key can’t stop thinking about Alec, he makes the first move. He knows nothing will come of it, but he has to be with Alec again. Can they keep other a secret and just enjoy being together? What happens when it’s more than sex? I loved this story! Every word, every minute. Even though they are different, they are content and happy when they are together. They found more than lust and sex. They found hope. Something they have both been searching for. I adored their text messages and the fun they had with each other. Their chemistry is off the charts. And they are both sexy as sin. I can’t wait to see what happens next!

The screen illuminated Alec’s face, and even though Keyes wasn’t religious, he swore he heard angels sing in that moment…

“Key. Do you realize you own me right now, every fucking piece of me?”

“Not really. He’s happy. That’s something. He says he smells good now too.”

“What’s up with you bikers and smells?”

Best Selling Author Kindle Alexander is an innovative writer, and a genre-crosser who writes classic fantasy, romance, suspense, and erotica in both the male/male and male/female genres. It’s always a surprise to see what’s coming next!
I live in the suburbs of Dallas where it’s true, the only thing bigger than an over active imagination, may be women’s hair!
Usually, I try for funny. Humor is a major part of my life – I love to laugh, and it seems to be the thing I do in most situations – regardless of the situation, but jokes are a tricky deal… I don’t want to offend anyone and jokes tend to offend. So instead I’m going to tell you about Kindle.
I tragically lost my sixteen year old daughter to a drunk driver. She had just been at home, it was early in the night and I heard the accident happen. I’ll never forget that moment. The sirens were immediate and something inside me just knew. I left my house, drove straight to the accident on nothing more than instinct. I got to be there when my little girl died – weirdly, I consider that a true gift from above. She didn’t have to be alone.
That time in my life was terrible. It’s everything you think it would be times about a billion. I love that kid. I loved being her mother and I loved watching her grow into this incredibly beautiful person, both inside and out. She was such a gift to me. To have it all ripped away so suddenly broke me.
Her name was Kindle. Honest to goodness – it was her name and she died a few weeks before Amazon released their brand new Kindle ereader. She had no idea it was coming out and she would have finally gotten her name on something! Try finding a ruler with the name Kindle on it.. It never happened.
Through the course of that crippling event I was lucky enough to begin to write with a dear friend in the fan fiction world of Facebook. She got me through those dark days with her unwavering support and friendship. There wasn’t a time she wasn’t there for me. Sometimes together and sometimes by myself, we built a world where Kindle lives and stands for peace, love and harmony. It’s its own kind of support group. I know without question I wouldn’t be here today without her.
