The Stand-In is the fifth book in the Single in Seattle series by Kristen Proby. You can read each book as standalone but I recommend reading the series since this second-generation is so much fun, and it’s always a great time to catch-up witht their parents.

Drew Montgomery was not a fan of the new co-owners especially London Ambrose. She came to the office for a few hours a day and for some reason she just irked him. She was nice enough but didn’t know anything about football and didn’t even show up to any of the games. As the newest and youngest quarterback coach, it would be nice to have a boss who knew the sport or at least watched it. Why come into the office, he didn’t get it until he offered to be her fake date for the evening, and that one evening changed everything…

London thought Drew hated her. Then he very sweetly came to her rescue and they started to get to know each other. He learns that just because she is a daughter of a billionaire that she is down to earth, sweet and loves the work she does with the team and other businesses. She is a hard worker and a complete badass. She learns that Drew loves the game, his family, and the boss when he needs to be. Together, they are so much! This is all new to the both of them and it’s a beautiful thing. I can’t wait for the next book!
