Sometimes lady luck shakes your hand, and sometimes she smacks your face. Sometimes she does both on the same day.

Three years ago I met the most amazing girl in the world. We were both down on our luck. Then I got that call—the one that tells you to get your buns on a plane to go meet your destiny.

But the girl was left behind. I didn’t have her phone number, and she didn’t know my real name.

While I became a professional hockey player, she became a superstar, with platinum records and legions of fans. And a slick, music producer boyfriend who treated her badly.

But fate wasn’t done with us yet. When Delilah turns up at a hockey game, I can’t resist making contact. The internet swoons when I ask her out on a date.

She might not remember me. But her jerkface ex does. He’ll do anything to keep us apart.

Good thing athletes never give up. This time I’m playing for keeps.

Kara's Review

5 out of 5 stars

Superfan is the third book in the Brooklyn series. I love this series so much and I have been waiting for Silas’ story! I didn’t think anyone could top Nate and Castro, but Silas did! He’s the perfect combination of sexy and sweet and he’s not afraid to share his feelings with those he’s close to. He met Delilah, the perfect woman, three years ago. She was a struggling singer and he was a bartender. They didn’t know each other, but they had a connection. He disappointed her back then and now that she’s a big music star who he follows on social media, he finds his opportunity to help Fate push them together again. It’s not easy. They have busy, very public lives. But Silas is willing to do anything to have her and he’s not going to give up and walk away again. Delilah isn’t sure she can give Silas another chance, but his soulful eyes and his pretty words are more than she can take. She wants him. Her life is a mess right now trying to get back the control on her career, but after a few days with Silas she knows she wants more than just music. She wants him. Can Silas and Delilah make it work across the country? Will Silas finally get the woman of his dreams? I love Silas and Delilah! They are definitely not your normal couple, but that’s what makes them unique. They have obstacles and pasts who make them who they are. They are also fighters and they finally found the person worth fighting for. I loved Silas since I first met him and he proved to be everything I thought he was and more! He’s handsome, sexy, funny, sweet, caring, thoughtful and talented. Delilah is beautiful, fierce, strong, talented and open. I would love a bonus of this couple. Pretty please!

“Why am I the only one who’s half-dressed?”

“You can have whatever you want, Delilah. All you have to do is ask..”

“I’m willing to make a very large fool of myself if it means I have a real chance with you.”

“I want to be more like you. But I don’t know how.”

“Sorry, can’t tell you,” he whispers, his lips grazing my hairline. “I’ve been me all my life. It comes easy.”
