Special Kind of Twisted is the sixth book in the Gator Bait MC series by Lani Lynn Vale. We finally get KD’s story! Woohoo! It’s a fun, sexy, hilarious enemies-to-lovers story. Kyle Davis or KD or Davis as Greer calls him, was a professional baseball player who did something to protect his sister and landed him in jail. He’s been out for a while and now runs a bodyguard company. Greer is his best friend, Sara’s other best friend. They have hated each other for years. Always arguing, pranking, and just being jerky. But you know what they say about love and hate. They are on a very fine line. It’s like all of a sudden, they notice each other. Only to realize it wasn’t sudden at all. When Greer needs a safe place to stay, Davis takes her in. One night in the same bed changes their relationship. They can have some fun and then it will be over. Except it’s too fun and too right. And then they want to really try. They just have to navigate all the other relationships in their life, the danger and see if they can stop hating each other long enough to fall in love. I really enjoyed this story! It’s one of my favorites of the series!

Too Young to Fall in Love is the the seventh book in the Burgers and Brew Crüe series by Lacey Black. Each book can be read as standalone but I highly recommend reading the series. I have loved each and every one and always looking forward to the next book. If you have read the series then you have met Kellen and Cameron, always in the background but now it’s time for them to be under the spotlight.
Cameron has worked at Burgers and Brew for over a year but doesn’t know Kellen, the flirty bartender all that well. She knows his wink and smirk can melt panties off just about any woman, and he has a great ass. He also cares about the crüe. She has on the receiving end of his flirt game but she knows it’s all in fun. He doesn’t mess around with coworkers and is not a relationship kinda guy. She wasn’t in the right headspace to even think about a relationship anyway but after her past shows up, she is in a fake one with Kellen and living with him…
It’s unexpected and I am here for it! Kellen is seriously sweet, sexy, protective, and so much fun. He is exactly what Cameron needs but is Cameron what Kellen wants? He never wanted a relationship, he was never looking for love but over the weeks with Cam has been eye-opening, confusing, and made his heart ache in the best and worst ways. What will happen when they fake break-up?
I love these two something fierce! You guys will too and I can’t wait for the next book. It’s going to be an emotional one for sure!
